Reed Taussig
President and Chief Executive Officer

Reed Taussig is president and chief executive officer of Vormetric. Prior to Vormetric, he served as president and chief executive officer of Callidus Software (NASDAQ: CALD), a leading provider of enterprise incentive management systems to global companies. Under his leadership the company grew to more then $75 million in revenues and over 350 employees. Prior to Callidus, he co-founded and served as president and chief executive officer of inquiry.com, a web-based exchange and research facility for information technology professionals. Mr. Taussig also served as senior vice president of North American operations for Gupta Corporation (now Centura Software Corporation), an application development tools and database provider.

Mr. Taussig holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Arizona.

Eric Lee
Consultant

Eric Lee has over 25 years sales and marketing experience and a proven track record of growing company revenues and building enterprise sales teams in the technology industry. For the past four years, Mr. Lee has focused on working with young companies defining sales strategies and building world-class sales teams.

Prior to this, he was vice president of global sales for iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS), a leading provider of global roaming and managed access products. At iPass he grew sales from $1.1 million to more than $36 million annually while developing a diversified sales organization encompassing both direct and channel strategies.

Before joining iPass, Mr. Lee held a progression of positions at Silicon Graphics, (NYSE: SGI), a Unix hardware and software vendor, culminating as the vice president of sales and marketing operations. In this role, he grew sales 40% for two years. Other management experiences include a tenure as general manager for IBM's (NYSE: IBM) application marketing division.

Mr. Lee holds a degree in economics from the University of California, Davis.
