Standard Training
Free training is available for all types of users from sales representatives to compensation analysts and administrators. At any time, customers can access online tutorials and self-paced training classes on a range of topics. To view a full list of training sessions included, log in to Xactly Incent and select the Help and Support link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Xactly Incent Workshops
Customers seeking more comprehensive training can attend Xactly Incent Workshops which are classes focused on both instructional and hands-on sessions. These workshops include sessions on sales plan design, processing and administration.

Custom Training
For customers requiring additional training, customer specific tailored programs can be created for any unique requirements.
